  • Leave a message stating the services you're interested in, and the best number to reach you at. 

  • An intake specialist will return your call within 24 hours. 

2. Provide Insurance Information

  • During the call, share your insurance details.

Visit our main office during walk in hours

  • Walk-in hours are Monday thru Thursday from 12 - 4 PM

  • Head upstairs to the 2nd floor

  • No prior authorization required

  • Walk-ins are addressed on a first-come, first serve basis

3. Approval & Scheduling

  • If approved, schedule your appointment.

You must have the following documents to receive services at Ecker Center:

  • Insurance Information

  • Proof of Income (if unfunded)

  • Photo ID

What to Expect

1. Initial Assessment: Complete the new client intake paperwork and speak with a clinician.

2. Personalized Recommendations: Based on your assessment, receive treatment recommendations tailored to your needs.

*Note on Fit and Network: Sometimes, clients may not be a great fit for our services or may not be in our insurance network. We discuss these details with every new client to help them decide whether to proceed with the initial assessment.
