Residential Case Manager – FT, HUD Hunter’s Ridge Position available. Provide rehabilitation services, develop treatment plans/assessments and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Assist clients in development of independent living skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field plus minimum one year mental health experience. Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, including providing transportation in personal and agency vehicles to local and long distance appointments on occasion. Ability to administer CPR and emergency first aid. Must have valid Illinois driver’s license and automobile. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, 35 hour work week.
Psychiatrist or APN (PMHNP)– PT, Psychiatry Clinic Position available. See new and established patients for diagnosis, evaluation and medication management. Document clinical notes in electronic medical record; use electronic prescribing system. Qualifications: Illinois licensed physician with psychiatry specialty or Illinois licensed nurse practitioner with psychiatric specialty. Hours: Flexible 4 hours weekly; M-F, day and evening hours are available.
Therapist – PT Position available. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human service field with experience providing individual therapy to adults and children/adolescents. LCSW or LCPC licensure preferred. Must be willing to travel and work in Elgin, St. Charles, and Streamwood offices. Hours: Some flexibility in hours; some late evenings required at multiple locations. 15 hours weekly.
Therapist – Bilingual PT Position available. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human service field with experience providing individual therapy to adults and children/adolescents. Must be bilingual Spanish. LCSW or LCPC licensure preferred. Must be able to work independently. Hours: Some flexibility in hours; evening hours are required and Saturday hours are preferred. 20 hours weekly.
CEO – FT Position available. Responsible for the overall effectiveness of the organization working with is management team, Board of Directors and funders to operationalize the organization’s mission, values, and vision. Provide outcome based strategic leadership, facilitate short and long term planning, implement new initiatives and growth opportunities, and work collaboratively to ensure a sustainable and effective organization. Build and strengthen external relationships with local, state, and federal governmental entities, local and regional community-based health and human service organizations, elected officials, civic groups, donors, and other related representatives, and serve as the primary spokesperson for the agency. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in a Health and/or Human Services-related field, 10 years of comparable leadership experience and a strong understanding of budgeting and financial management. Expertise in the areas of organizational management and improvement, emerging technologies within the field, marketing, fundraising and community relations. Experience within Illinois based health care organizations and behavioral health care settings, and familiarity with Illinois Medicaid reform and system transformation initiatives supporting managed care and value based payment.
