Courier – PT, Office & Operations Position available. Daily courier runs between multiple locations in Elgin, as well as weekly to Streamwood and St. Charles offices. Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent, reliable transportation, good driving record, valid Illinois Driver’s license and auto insurance coverage. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Must be minimum 21 years old, reliable and dependable. Hours: approx. 10 hours/week, flexible work schedule on consecutive 5 days: Sunday – Thursday or Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday, any regularly scheduled time but afternoons preferred. Hourly compensation plus mileage reimbursement.
Residential Supervisor – FT SAP Position available. Position is 75% administrative and 25% direct service with on-call responsibilities. Provide supervision and clinical oversight for staff to ensure daily operations of mental health supported apartment programs run smoothly. Complete counseling, crisis intervention, and clinical documentation as needed. Qualifications: Master’s degree and experience working with mentally ill adults, LCPC/LCSW required. Supervisory experience in residential care a plus. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with some flexibility; evenings/weekends as needed; 35-40 hours per week.
Licensed Assessment Specialist – FT, Case Management Position available. Accepts, schedules, and completes assigned child and adult assessments in a timely manner while evaluating clients for appropriate services and makes all necessary referrals, both within and outside the agency. Assess urgency of which clients should receive services and forward information to appropriate level of services within agency. Monitors demand for assessments (IATP’s) and coordinates with the Intake/Assessment Supervisor. Assists in coordinating care with additional service providers both within Ecker Center, as well as other community agencies. Creates individualized treatment plans for individuals that see agency psychiatrists. Provides risk assessment support to MHP level clinicians. Reviews and authorizes medically necessity on MHP and QMHP assessments (IATP’s). Provides LPHA supports to meds only IHPA clients. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Human Service field with clinical licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) and 1 year clinical experience. Must have a valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, if needed. Bilingual Spanish a plus. Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm, 35 hours per week.
Bilingual Billing Office Support Specialist – FT Position available. Verify client insurance coverage and benefits. Verify client income and complete Fee Share Agreements. Data entry of client billing and insurance information. Answer switchboard, transfer calls, assist clients with paperwork, schedule appointments and other general office duties. Qualifications: High School degree required. One year of telephone operating and data entry experience. Must have good phone skills, be courteous, have clear diction and proper pronunciation skills, and enjoy working with the public. Accurate typing skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and other computer programs. Bilingual Spanish required. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.
Accounting Assistant – FT or PT, Business Office Position Available. Under the supervision of the CFO, the position’s primary role is to complete accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, vendor file management and reconciliation related to the agency. The position will also assist the Finance Department with various accounting and administrative duties. Work is performed by applying knowledge of accounting methods and use of Excel spreadsheets and automated accounting systems. Qualifications: Minimum two years of accounting work experience. Excellent attention to detail and computer skills. Hours: Monday- Friday, flexible 25- 35 hours per week.
Administrative Clerk – PT, Business Office Position available. Entry level position with responsibilities including typing, proofreading, maintaining electronic file storage, populating and aggregating reports, maintaining agency surveys and agreements, preparing various documents and providing administrative support to key management personnel as needed. Qualifications: One year of general office work experience required. Excellent computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, clerical, organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Hours: flexible 10-12 hours per week, Monday through Friday with an option for expanded hours in the future.
Substance Use Counselor – PT Position available. Provide individual, group, and assessment/intake services to adults, and adolescents. Provide accurate, quality documentation, and meet deadlines for completing notes. Candidate will need an understanding of SUPR 2060 guidelines and should have 2-3 years of previous experience at a substance use agency. Qualifications: Master’s degree in the substance use field with knowledge of medication assisted treatment. Active Illinois LPC/LSW/LCPC/LCSW licensure or CADC required. Must be able to work independently. Hours: Flexibility in scheduling available. 16 hours per week.
Mental Health Professional – Pool, Supervised Residential Position available. Provide rehabilitation services, contribute to and develop treatment plans and manage crisis for all residential clients. Handle referrals and discharges for residential services. Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining entitlements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field or five years’ experience in Mental Health field. Willingness to work regularly scheduled hours, holidays and overtime in emergency situations. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with mentally ill adults, and to administer CPR and First Aid. Must have valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance and automobile. Hours: Hours and shifts vary depending on need, usually 2 shifts per month; availability for overnight and/or weekend shifts is desirable.
